The Circle Foundation for the Defense Technology and Security, in collaboration with the Spanish Navy, organizes this conference of great interest to the domestic industry, which will take place on April 7, in the Bermeja' Satellite Receiving Station, Madrid, with the involvement of Thales Alenia Space España, a leading company in telecommunications systems of the Spanish space sector.
Communications between the Spanish navy ships and command centers are required to ensure effectively the tasks requiring the use of advanced telecommunications based satellite.
Thales Alenia Space España, the Spanish company with more systems and telecommunications equipment in flight, over 90 satellite programs, participates in the roundtable: new technologies in satellite communications.
Fernando Ortega, Thales Alenia Space España’ Telecom Systems Director will present the paper: Advanced mesh Communications Solutions, providing knowledge of the Spanish company pioneered systems that allow direct connections between users by AmerHis System, which incorporates a digital router onboard satellite. The mesh networking provides satellite communications with major improvements in the quality of services, response times and system capacity, core values in military communications.
